Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Inner Estrella website and your purchase or use of any Inner Estrella service, appointment, reading, session, digital product, or educational material.

By visiting this website, completing a purchase, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced within them.

1. Services

Inner Estrella provides virtual spiritual services that may include tarot readings, psychic readings, mediumship, spiritual coaching, gift-development sessions, spiritual education, and digital products.

Inner Estrella reserves the right to decline, discontinue, postpone, or modify a service when completing it would be inappropriate, unethical, unsafe, outside the intended scope of the service, or otherwise not in the best interest of those involved.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to independently purchase or book services.

Clients who are 16 or 17 may receive limited, age-appropriate spiritual guidance only with permission from a parent or legal guardian and prior approval from Inner Estrella. Deep trauma-focused, shadow-work, or similarly intensive sessions are not offered to minors.

Services are not available to anyone under 16.

3. Spiritual Services Disclaimer

Inner Estrella services are intended for spiritual exploration, personal reflection, education, and entertainment.

Readings and sessions are not substitutes for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency services. Inner Estrella does not diagnose medical or psychological conditions, prescribe treatment, provide legal representation, or make financial decisions on a client’s behalf.

Spiritual information is personal and subjective. No particular message, prediction, result, connection, manifestation, or outcome is guaranteed. Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.

Mediumship sessions cannot guarantee communication with a specific person or spirit. Inner Estrella may decline or postpone mediumship involving a person who has recently passed.

4. Booking and Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking unless another written arrangement has been approved.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information, selecting the correct appointment time and timezone, and ensuring they have a stable internet connection and appropriate device for virtual sessions.

Prices, session lengths, and included services are displayed at the time of purchase and may be changed for future bookings. A price change will not affect an appointment that has already been paid for and confirmed.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Requests to reschedule should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations, missed appointments, digital-product purchases, completed sessions, and refund requests are governed by the separate Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

If Inner Estrella must cancel a session, the client may choose to reschedule, receive booking credit, or receive a full refund.

6. Client Conduct

Clients agree to communicate respectfully and refrain from threatening, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate, abusive, harassing, or disruptive conduct.

Inner Estrella may immediately end or refuse a session because of inappropriate conduct. Sessions ended for these reasons are not eligible for a refund.

Clients may not use Inner Estrella services to harass, monitor, control, threaten, or invade the privacy of another person.

7. Session Timing and Technology

Clients should arrive on time. A late arrival does not guarantee that the session can be extended beyond its scheduled ending time.

Inner Estrella is not responsible for technical issues caused by a client’s device, connection, software, or surroundings. When a significant technical problem is caused by Inner Estrella or the selected platform, a reasonable effort will be made to resume or reschedule the session.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

Personal information shared during booking or a private session will be treated respectfully and handled according to the Inner Estrella Privacy Policy.

Inner Estrella will not publicly share identifying session details, recordings, or testimonials without permission, except when disclosure is required by law.

Clients may not record, reproduce, livestream, publish, or distribute a private session without prior permission.

9. Digital Products and Intellectual Property

Website content, course materials, written resources, recordings, graphics, branding, and digital products created by Inner Estrella remain the intellectual property of Inner Estrella unless otherwise stated.

Purchases grant the client a limited license for personal, non-commercial use. Materials may not be copied, resold, redistributed, uploaded, taught, modified for resale, or presented as the client’s own work without written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

Inner Estrella may use third-party platforms for booking, payment processing, calendars, video calls, email, and digital delivery. Use of those platforms may also be subject to their individual terms and privacy practices.

Inner Estrella is not responsible for outages, interruptions, or actions caused solely by an independent third-party platform but will make reasonable efforts to help resolve booking or delivery problems.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inner Estrella will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its website, services, readings, or digital products.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Inner Estrella’s total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

12. Changes and Severability

Inner Estrella may update these Terms when its services, practices, or legal obligations change. The effective date will be updated whenever material revisions are made.

If any portion of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the laws of the state or territory from which Inner Estrella legally operates, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
