Inner Estrella currently provides virtual services and digital products only. We do not sell or ship physical products, and no shipping fees apply.

Appointment confirmations, session information, and access links are delivered electronically to the email address provided during booking. Digital products are also delivered electronically when applicable.

If you do not receive your confirmation, access link, or digital purchase, please check your spam folder and verify that the email address submitted with your order is correct. For assistance, contact services@innerestrella.com.

This policy will be updated if Inner Estrella begins offering physical products.
